Part Two of My Birthday Celebration
This is the second part of my birthday celebration. Neither one happened on my real birthday which is very common here in this very busy world. I mean that people tend to move family celebrations based on the majority's availability. That's what happened on my birthday. The first part was done with the family and the second part, with friends.
These are just few pictures taken on that day. I was never dressed up properly as I was caught unaware of their coming to my house. I was scared when somebody rang the doorbell at about eight in the evening. I was cleaning the dish in the kitchen when all of a sudden I heard not just the bell but knocking as well. So I ran to the bedroom to get hubby. I asked him to open the door but then, when I peeked through the little hole I saw the three musketeers. I let them in and the noise began. They brought along with them balloons and a chocolate cake which we then ate after the singing of the birthday anthem.
It made my day!

Today's Birthday Celebrators...
These are the two birthday celebrators today in my family. They are not twins. They were born in different years but luckily my mother gave birth to my sister on my brother's 6th birthday. Both of them have their lives of their own, and both have three kids.
To you my dearest brother Toto and sister Didith...
Wishing you both all the great things in life,
hope this day will bring you
an extra share of all that makes you happiest.
May God continue to bless your life
and give you the desires of your heart.
May God bless you and keep you always
in His tender, loving care.

PS: I just want to know what's on the table today! Save my share when I get there soon!

My Birthday!
Another year was just added to my age two weeks ago. Hubby and I did not plan anything big about it thinking of the big plans we have ahead. We really thought I could get by without celebrating it.

Grandparents' Day 2009
Last Friday of January 30, hubby and I went to the school of our grand kids at St. Raymond in Dublin. It was really an exciting day having to see them and their works in school.
The day started with meeting all grandparents in the hall for a sumptuous breakfast. There was a lot of food being prepared by parents and volunteers. The meal was excellent. Then we heard the principal talked and giving instructions as to how the activity's handled in every classroom. We decided to go see Bryan first on the first half of the session. Then the other half for Brianna. It was not bad at all because Grandma Wolfe was there too. So we just split the time.
Since Bryan is still in the first grade, we decided to see him first and the other grandma went to see Brianna in the Third grade, then we switched in the middle. We both enjoyed the moment we spent with them as we helped them in their activity for the day.
These pictures were taken inside the church as we waited for the service. Brianna and Bryan took turns in taking pictures.
